By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

BASIC:

1. Payment through PayPal.
2. No deadlines, commission will usually be completed within 1 month.
3. All commission works are digital products. As result you'll receive high-res and web version of your final picture.
4. I take right to not accept your commission inquiry on personal reasons.
5. I have full right to post finished picture on my pages unless we're agreed it to be private.
6. You're free to post finished picture on any of your pages, crop it for avatar or share somewhere. But don't forget to give me credit and include link to any of my galleries.
Copyright on final image will remain on my side. That means you'll have Non-commersional use only - such as uploading on socials, using as avatar, printing for personal use or gift for friends.
I'll have right to upload finished picture to my galleries, use it for portfolio or potentially include in artbook. Finished pictures aren't going to be reused in any term, meaning I won't be recoloring or changing them after you receive final version.

PROCESS:

1. As an artist I remain right for some artistic freedom in term of general style and slightly adjusting colors for better fit. Important details are going to be unchaged such as design, patterns, body type.
2. Ask for specific details beforehand! For example you plan to print poster or dakimakura, in that case I'll need canvas sizes and formats.
3. I always send sketches for approvement before finishing it. You may ask for any minor changes during that.
4. In case something is missing/forgotten on latest stages of work (patterns, markings, accessories) this will have no extra fee until it was originally on reference picture. Any other corrections will have their specific pricing.
5. If the sketch got rejected by you I keep right for modifying it and reusing it with different character.
6. After work is finished you'll receive high-res and web view versions of art. On social media it's best to upload web one.

Humans.I'll refuse to draw:
Feral, strong violence, gore, dismemberment, mutilation, militaristic themes, transformation, underage characters in nsfw scenarios, loli or child abuse, diapers/scat, nsfw with pregnant characters, hyper fat/slim and any extreme fetishes, copyrighted characters.If you are unsure about something and it isn't listed here, don't be afraid to ask!
